My name is Elder Lopez Leiva.I was Born and raised in Guatemala, until I was 19 years old; Then I moved to Chicago to continue my education where I earned an MBA and a minor degree in Real Estate from Lewis University in Romeoville Illinois. I got my Real Estate Broker license in Illinois in 1993 and opened my own Real Estate office. I moved to Puerto Rico late 2004 and I got my Real Estate Broker Licese and started to work associated with Palmas del Mar Real Estate. I’m Also a certified Public accountant and certified bilingual teacher. I worked for the Chicago Public Schools as a Bilingual coordinator for seven years. I have over Fourteen years of experience in real estate, topping over one hundred twenty five million dollars in sales. Responsibility, Honesty and Respect are the reasons of my success.
